The Fuente Osmena Circle is the center of the Cebu's uptown area. It is an excellent place for many Cebuanos to visit and relax especially in the afternoon because there are a lot of trees that shades. Inside the Fuente Osmena Circle, there are several benches. In the morning there are few athletes who would do their regular jogging inside the Fuente Osmena Circle.The Cebu's Robinson's Place is just located near the area. Hotels like Rajah Park Hotel, Crown Regency hotel, Midtown hotel, etc. are conveniently situated in Fuente Osmena. During the annual Sinulog Celebration every January, this place is usually the venue for many events. It is an important place that help mark the Cebu's History and its development.
