For those who are in Luzon area and you are eager to try whitewater rafting, then you don’t need to travel hundreds of miles to Mindanao because you can try it out in Magdalena, Laguna. It is just about 2-3 hours driving distance from Metro Manila. It offers a 5-7 Kilometers for whitewater rafting.

The town of Magdalena is known locally as the “Little Hollywood” because it is the favorite shooting location for most local classic film. Currently it has excellent coconut plantation & rice fields.

How to Get There:

Take a bus going to Sta. Cruz Laguna from Buendia-Taft or from Cubao then a jeepney to Liliw/Majayjay

If you have vehicle Take the National Highway from Sta. Cruz then right turn to San Luis Road / Pagsanjan Magdalena Road.
